When people say that time flies, they really aren't lying. My sweet baby turned FOUR recently, and I can't even believe it! It feels like just yesterday that he was toddling around, falling into everything, and babbling for hours on end (oh, wait, he still does this one). This year has been full of a love for Firetrucks and Spider-Man, so what better way to celebrate than a portrait session at the local Fire Station?! I am so thankful to the Assistant Chief at Brandywine Hundred Fire Company for not only allowing us in the station to take his photos, but also for pulling the truck our and giving out little guy the VIP treatment for his birthday!
I mean, look at that sweet smile! He was absolutely loving every second of this session, and as a photographer's child, that is saying something! He definitely has a case of PKS (Photographer's Kid Syndrome) where I usually get responses of glares and moans when I pull the camera out, but on the truck--no way, all smiles! I am so excited to have been able to celebrate this milestone with such a unique photo session! I absolutely cannot wait to see what the next year has in store for him.
Like, I said before, they really gave him the VIP treatment here! He got to sit wherever he wanted, open up whatever cabinets he wanted, and even got to hold a real radio! For adults, this may not seem like much, but for this kid, it means the world! I am so thankful to be able to provide such a cool experience for him and be able to photograph it for him to look back on!
